The Joint Ambulatory Care Center is a public clinic located in Pensacola, FL. This facility is part of the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System. The Joint Ambulatory Care Center specializes in the treatment of Primary Care and Mental Health Services. The multiphase addition and renovation project was awarded to ADVON.

This project will expand and renovate the Phlebotomy, Blood Draw, Core Lab, Infusion Clinic, and Associated Spaces. Phase 1 of this expansion will add an additional 11,731 SF of lab and research space onto the roof of the existing 207,191 SF facility. This will include extensive Mechanical Systems being installed on the third-floor mechanical space. This project will also include the installation of a new Chiller Tower #3, in the existing mechanical yard, and replacement of water Chiller 3.

Phases 2 & 3 will expand and re-work 92,000 SF of surface parking and landscaping of the existing areas. This project will include demolition of existing structures and roofing, addition of Structural Steel Systems, abatement of hazardous material, general construction, modifications and new installation of Fire Protection Systems, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems, Mechanical Systems, Architectural Systems, Civil Site work, and telecommunication Systems.
