Advon spearheaded a comprehensive 23,780-square-foot renovation and expansion of the ground floor Community Living Center (CLC) at the G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. As the Clinic of Jurisdiction for the state, this facility serves as a critical hub for the South Central VA Healthcare Network (VISN 16).

The project modernizes essential spaces used to support aging veterans across an 86-bed CLC, palliative care units, and various outpatient programs. Advon’s scope included:

• Structural Additions: Construction of a new building addition to expand the facility’s footprint.
• Interior Reconfiguration: Complete overhaul of walls, ceilings, and flooring to accommodate advanced medical equipment.
• System Upgrades: Extensive electrical, utility, and site work to ensure long-term operational efficiency.
