Project Manager
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for projects. They are responsible for all aspects of the project(s) including project team performance, cost, quality, schedule, and safety.
Maintain relationships with Customers, Architects, Consultants and Subcontractors. Daily activities are conducted to promote the company's vision, mission and core values.
Superintendent
The Superintendent is responsible for all field related activity such as jobsite safety, cost, quality, and schedule control. They work closely with management staff regarding all aspects of the project. Maintain relationships with Customers, Architects, Consultants and Subcontractors. This position reports directly to the Project Manager.
Construction Quality Control Manager
Is responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of specific projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the contract documents. The CQCM role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and working with other in-house personnel (e.g. Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a quality product.
Project Engineer
Duties will include assisting Project Managers in the coordination of scheduling, bidding, submittals, shop drawing reviews, and other construction activities. Strong computer skills required; BCN degree preferred.
