Bill Graham

Bill Graham is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ADVON Corporation. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Bill brings more than 30 years of construction experience to the company. His background spans federal, institutional, industrial, and educational facility construction. His experience includes preconstruction, design-bid-build, design-build and construction management services.

Bill has served as project executive for work supporting NASA, USACE, Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, state agencies, universities, and public-school systems. He earned a Bachelor of Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a State Certified General Contractor in Florida and Georgia.

Scott Brooks

Scott Brooks serves as President of ADVON Corporation and brings more than 20 years of construction experience to the company. His background spans federal, healthcare, educational, institutional, and municipal construction, including projects for NASA, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, universities, local governments, and public school systems. His experience includes design-build construction, renovations, infrastructure improvements, healthcare facilities, and technically complex aerospace projects.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, with a minor in Business Administration. He is a Florida Certified General Contractor, Florida Certified Building Contractor and a Florida Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor.

Jeremy Williams

Jeremy Williams is a Regional Director for ADVON. He streamlines operations and maintains the company’s high standards of delivery to strategically increase project volume across the Southeast. Jeremy brings a highly disciplined background, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1990 to 1998, and earned a Civil Engineering degree from The University of Georgia. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a devoted family man, married with five sons.

Debbie Caruthers

Debbie Caruthers is an impressive figure in the world of corporate accounting. She serves as the Corporate Vice President, Treasurer and Controller of Advon Corporation. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at the University of Miami, Debbie developed a strong understanding of fiscal management principles that has been beneficial in her current position. With her knowledge and experience, Advon Corporation is confident that they have taken all necessary precautions to remain financially secure. Debbie is credited with ensuring their accounting system is orderly and accurate and that their cost projection models are always reliable.
